After 20 years in retail, Yvette Muir found herself brimming with creative ideas, some of her own and some inspired by others.
Since relocating to the sunshine coast from Perth, Western Australia in 2008, many of these ideas have now been created under the banner of “Dolly did it”.
It is a diverse range of quirky and fun products including framed A4 art prints and greeting cards (featuring photos taken of Yvette’s beloved Blythe Doll collection), accessories and jewellery made from buttons and miniature tea sets, dinner plate wall clocks, logo tea towels and calico shopping bags…...
Yvette’s partner Doug Hedley has also created a range of ceramic men’s/women’s jewellery, featuring Mayan birth signs, robots and other popular designs.
Dolly did it is at Eumundi market Wednesdays and Saturdays.
